     Help with Expert for Level 17

    I've recently gotten on board with the Build a Lot series and so am playing them in order. I'm staring with the first one and have gotten expert up until level 17. I checked the Gamezebo walkthrough on how to get expert but it's not working for me. Did anyone get expert and if so, is there another way other than how Gamezebo details it? Any help would be great. Thanks. :)
