Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening) Oh! Just one other thing i have noticed that there was another glitch in the game, so this might be something you might want to check out if you're still waiting. I noticed after finishing one out of town quest, i came back and saw that just the engine of the train was 'stuck' where it gets refuelled with coal before moving on again. As a result, no more trains could either come or go. So, i had to restore from an earlier save and redo that quest. This time, i made sure that there were no trains in the station when i selected the new map location to do that quest.

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening)I went back and redid the last quest Saved the game there. Came back Dad, Uncle and Arthur left to go to the other towns. Waiting. The only thing I do not have are any mines working. All depleted. If that is the case then I am sunk. |

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening) I have been waiting forever too--and I still have 1 coal mine so that's not the problem. I have all 8 town goods but it did not give me the trophy yet--I'm guessing the train has to come through for me to get it. Ugh.

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening)
For the town goods, yes, you do have to wait until a train comes to town to sell all 8 goods at once. That guy you mentioned arrives in town when you upgrade your train. You can pay him to fix all of the 'disasters' that occur (you know, those annoying ones that all seem like they are the same thing?). But keep in mind, you need to do 10 of these to get the Sentinel trophy. You won't ever be able to control him like you can the other characters. If you are at the point that you are, and you have finished volcano valley, you should have been able to find all of your fossils by now. There are 4 total in town, and the rest are found elsewhere. Did you read my post about the train being 'stuck'? Check along the entire track to see if the engine is there. I had mine stuck at the coal loading spot. This is clearly a glitch in the game, but it would explain why you don't have any new trains coming in. |

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening) I checked my track and no train. I have a game saved during the train race quest--I'll go back and try again to get it going.

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening)
Yes, it's the one with black lava, but there are also a few market quests that have the black lava too. Make sure you actually have a map location that you went to that is called volcano valley. There are definitely three fossils there if you haven't already been. |

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening)
I just got to this point for my second time, and the train arrived with no problems. One thing i did notice, though, is that when you come back, you would have no one employed at the rail yard. Make sure that you get someone employed there. I'm not sure if that is what the problem is, but it's worth a shot. |

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening) I hadn't done Volcano Valley--I was in the south corner hunting for bears and decided to start blowing rocks & stuff up til another bear showed up when lo & behold, Mr. Hilton. |

Re: Finished Game (and nothing happening) Half an hour is too long. Something should have happened. That is why I mentioned loading a saved game. Maybe it got a glitch when going back to the main town. Volcano valley is not that hard. Do not put anything close to each other. One blast and it can take out more than one building.
