Ahh thank you so much for posting this, alice.  It's wonderful news to hear that the bonus levels are up again.  I'll label this as solved but keep the thread open in case there are any recurring issues.

Anyway, hmm I wonder if it may have to do with your Internet connection?  Do you have high-speed Internet or dial-up?  I remember downloading the bonus levels and I have a high-speed connection but at times, it would take several minutes, like 5 to 7 minutes, before the download would be complete.  For dial-up, this would be much longer.

I'll go contact customer support for you sometime today and see what they say is going on about this.  They may be busy preparing for Super Granny 5 so I'm not sure how long it'll take for this issue to get resolved.  In the meantime, I'll take off the solved label on this thread until it really is resolved. 

I'm new to the posts here and I was just trying to get the last two add ons and cant get past downloading them it just keeps running i am on att dsl.
I would love to be able to get these last two.
