I suggest you don't make the same mistake as me - the 1st time I played Main Street I forgot that the saves record the state of the overall game not just the shop you saved from!

I had played up to day 5 of cake then days 1-3 of  burgers then day 6 of cake. Unable to play for a week or so. Came back to game & wanted to re-play day 6 of cake with different equipment so I reloaded from end of day 5 of cake and carried on from there (seemed logical at the time  ).

Much later I went back to burger shop to find I'd lost the 3 days I'd done there. Need to remember that each shop is not an isolated game! - I should have reloaded from end of day 3 of burger shop because that was the last thing I'd done before Day 6 of cake.

(But if you've already done something similar & feel like owning up you'll make me feel less like a numpty though lol!!   )
