Re: ***SPOILER*** Town Goods
I will be getting to that part of the game again shortly & will check each build I do, but if I remember right, I've always had to have any amount of stables, 2 left with horses in them, in order to get the fertilizer to not be greyed out at the station. |

Re: ***SPOILER*** Town Goods
I could be wrong, but I have a town with over 12 stables, none with horses in them, and I'm still getting the Fertilizer Goods at the Train Station. Maybe the trigger condition to START Fertilizer Goods isn't the same as the necessary condition to continue it? |

Re: ***SPOILER*** Town Goods Ok. I had to unlock the ranch upgrade to unlock the stables

Re: ***SPOILER*** Town Goods
Now that makes more sense. After all, it's not the stables that generate the "fertilizer"--it's actually the HORSES.

Re: ***SPOILER*** Town Goods
Or to be more explicit: Make sure you still have a Coal Mine available to be worked at the time you get the other 7 Town Goods up, or you won't get the trophy. (Yes, I made that mistake, but I'm not THAT much of a completist on getting trophies that I'm going to start over . . . at least not until I've finished once!) |

Re: ***SPOILER*** Town Goods
For the coal mines, I use one coal mine with one citizen throughout the game. By the end of the game, I still have 2 unused coal mines. But, after I build the factories, I do have to purchase coal from the market place but by that time, I have enough $$ that it doesn't matter. |
