Hi Kathie & welcome to the forum smile.

When you buy games to download on this site there is the additional option of buying a backup CD as well (the option appears on the second screen of the purchase process). It is also possible to buy games here using the 'Send as Gift' option which I believe is a CD only option i.e it is cheaper but I believe you can't also download the game to get it quicker - have to wait for the CD.

To compare the prices, you should be able to click on each of the options and go just far enough to see the prices involved and then stop so you don't commit to the purchase.
