I face with the same problem in another quest. Have you found a solution? Does it help to reinstall the game? will I lose all my saved games?

I'm not sure if there has been a solution for the above problem yet but you may want to click on that link for Technical Support and fill out the form for it, detailing the problem.  As far as I uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I didn't lose any of my saved files but if you aren't sure, you should contact Support and ask them about that.

To check whether you have purchased the game, you can click on the Account tab at the top of this page after logging in.  Then there should be a link where you can view all your purchase details.  There, you should be directed to a page and it'll list all of the games you've purchased as well as activation codes.  Also, you should have received an email when you made your purchase but if not, then you can check your Account tab area for them.
