Re: STUCK!

Hi thefragile & welcome to the forum smile

It's a while since I've played that game so can't comment off top of head on that particular level but posts 5, 6 & 7 of this linked thread discuss medieval england in general (despite title being something else!):- Problem with Cake Mania 3 Bonus Levels...

Also this thread Welcome to the new forum for Cake Mania 3 contains a link to the Cake Mania 3 forum on the old site - might be worth a look there since that was where all the discussion took place when this game was new(?)

Hope this helps smile.

Edited to add:- if you are still stuck after trying these tips it would be useful to know what order you've done the worlds in so far and what levels of all the equipment you have at this point.

If I remember correctly, you can bypass a lower level of equipment upgrade (if you can manage earliest levels without them) and jump straight to faster versions (this saves the money you would have spent on the first upgrade version).

And another miscellaneous tip - do you know that you can upgrade Jill's shoes to make her move faster?

Re: STUCK!

That's a shame sad.

In case it helps for your new game - I found it easiest to begin with China then France and by doing so was able to manage with basic versions of equipment for longer and earn enough to skip the first upgrade or two & jump straight to more expensive versions sooner than I would have got them otherwise. Think I had the freezer or at least the fridge by the time I got to England and that really helped. I guess you've maybe already seen the tip somewhere about filling the fridge or freezer with the most expensive cakes you can make at the end of one level (i.e. after serving last customer but before picking up last lot of money) then they are already on display when you start the next level.

Re: STUCK!

I'm not sure if I mentioned this among the tips I gave in another thread but I always did the following and I never had trouble making expert on every level, regardless of what order I went through in the different time periods.

Generally, I start off by buying the cheapest upgrades and then going to the most expensive ones in the shop.  I try to buy multiple frosters and cake machines early on, in case I had to make a lot of cakes.  Also, I'd buy the TV as soon as possible and once I figured out what channels the customers liked, I'd use it to maximize my customers' heart levels.

I'm not sure if my tips will help but I tend to be a fast clicker so it tended to work out for me.  smile

Re: STUCK!

Hi Scarlet - that sounds like a good approach. Although mine worked starting with China, I never got around to attempting all of those trophies which you get by starting a new game with each location so I'll give your idea a go if I find some of them harder to do from scratch. Thanks smile.

I'm guessing that I might want to concentrate more on upgrading Jill's shoes for the one with dinosaurs though since I remember her having to walk further because of the counter design.
