Reached two stumbling blocks (I'm working on Westward III taking a break from Westward IV, where I hit another snag )....I've been challenged to rebuild the platform/outpost in the main town and I have no idea how to do it.   The platform doesn't need rebuilding/fixing, and building a house or trading post doesn't seem to do it, either.  What do I do?  My other problem is in the bandit challenge, where you have to free the bandit's horses.  I have no idea how to do that.  I see a plate that you, I assume, are supposed to step on, but I can't get to it.  What do I do? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
