The Connecticut Lottery and Scientific Games have been partners for more than 4 decades. With such a long-standing business relationship, it is not surprising that both entities will agree to add a few more years to such a partnership. Aside from being the instant games provider for the state’s lottery, SG will also provide marketing research, analytics, and services. This is to help increase the playership and popularity of the lottery.

SVP of SG Lottery Instant Products, John Schultz, has expressed his enthusiasm at the extension of such a partnership and that they are excited at the expansion of their role with regards to the Connecticut Lottery. Such trust, he said, is also ideal for helping maximize profits as well as improve growth for the program in the state.

Schultz has also stated that they are excited to help the Lottery reach its goals in terms of future growth and revenues.

Apart from this partnership, Scientific Games has a few other deals in the offing. These include a 10-year partnership deal with the Iowa Lottery, which they bagged after a rather hard-fought bidding process. In this deal, SG will be providing their new partner with technology and a new gaming system come middle of 2021.
